Best Lawyer Ever

Mr Marder is 100 percent business and will fight for you to the end. He represented me in a very difficult case against some of the best attorneys around and won with flying colors. I finally got my life back and would highly recommend him!

Best Attorney in his field!

I’m glad I chose Bill Marder! He really does take cases that other attorneys won’t take. I was told by three attorneys they couldn’t take my case, but Mr. Marder never hesitated and he immediately took my case. I’m relieved that this chapter is closed and only took a year. Mr. Marder made everything easy to understand, was there for me during the ordeal, answered any and all my questions no matter how many times I may not have understood. He never once pressured me to doing anything with my case that I didn’t want too! He really addressed and listened to all my concerns. His staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone needing employment law!

He went in like a pro asking for 20x what I expected

Bill, I wish you well my friend. At the end of the day my case was flimsy at best however Bill had another angle on how my wrong could still be rectified. He was right! My case settled at 5x more than I initially expected. Changed my life. With him knowing the ins and outs of employment law he said few words, however those few had a significant impact on my case resolution. He routinely kept me up to date on what to expect next. Bill it's been a pleasure, and anyone I know with the courage to speak out against their employer due to harrassment, illegal or unfair treatment I will definitely recommend you.

Disappointing experience.

Contacted him through ad on google and was told to provide my last three pay stubs for "employment verification" followed up after almost a week without response only to be told "Mr. Marder will not be assisting you please seek counsel elsewhere" No explanation for why. A simple response would've suffice, Not sure If there was an assumption of me being able to pay because of the information I provided him with my pay stubs or whether my case had any merit. Just disappointed in the lost time reaching out to a firm that can't respond adequately.
