Mr Olender is an experienced, caring and the best attorney in this world

I'd like to say that I am so grateful Mr Olender helped my removal proceeding case terminated and my wife got approve for a US Visa while I was in removal proceeding. DHS was trying to take away my green card and deport me for two convictions I had in the past, one for drugs and one for theft. My cas...e was in the Atlanta immigration court. Mr Olender made a motion to terminate the case because the government could not prove that the convictions made me deportable. The government attorney kept trying to make it seem like I had to prove it, but Mr Olender pointed out that they have to prove it. He flew to Atlanta for the hearing but the court canceled it at the last minute. The court was going to have another hearing, but Sean explained that the documents he filed should be enough to explain why I should not be deported and it wasn’t fair for me to have to pay to fly him there again. The judge agreed with Sean’s arguments and the supreme court cases he pointed out in his motion and dismissed the case. Now I am applying for naturalization and I don’t have any more risk of being deported. Mr Olender is the best and honest attorney in this world. He is an experienced and certified specialist attorney in immigration law. He charges reasonable and fair price and not like other inexperienced lawyers will charge you higher price but would do the a good job. I had bad experienced and lost too much time and money with the last three laywers. You cant go wrong with Mr Olender. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking help for deportation and other immigration issues.

Greatly helped me out of a disability based termination

Sean is extremely knowledgeable about California employment laws and spent a lot of time digging into its depths to save me from a bad situation. Above all he served me with the highest level of ethics and patience in collecting facts and drafting all the correspondence with the terminating employer.... I have learned a lot from Sean about the rights I have as an employee in California. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any prospective client.

Fantastic Immigration Lawyer!

Sean is one of the most knowledgeable and detail-oriented immigration lawyers whom I have worked with. I have a complicated immigration situation. Sean guided me through every single step with clear instructions and patience. Before working with Sean, I also consulted with other immigration lawyers, ...but none of them could provide me a solution like Sean did. I'd highly recommend anyone with immigration issues to work with Sean!

Sean is so experienced !!

Sean did a good job. I chose him based on his reviews on google and Avvo and he deserves every single one! Due to some constraints in my situation, I need to get my citizenship as soon as possible. I emailed him and he gave me a feedback of my question within few hours . He is also very transpare...nt about the cost. No extra fee in the end or anything hidden just the same as he mentioned in the email. Sean is also very approachable . He answers my calls or call me back for questions timely. Even though he does have an assistant, he tries to answer phone calls and emails by himself. Sean is experienced and knowledgeable. The most important aspect when I search an immigration lawyer, because immigration is a complicated matter and often times case by case. I don't need a lawyer who just goes to the interview , files the application form and only capable to follow the standard process without knowing how to deal with specific scenarios. Anyhow,I have passed my naturalization interview with no problem , because he knows exactly what immigration officers are looking for and my final interview with officer was just a breeze because Sean prepared impeccably and because he was there I feel much confident ! Thanks to Sean's hard work, now I can almost finally have the freedom to live my life the way I wanted! It saved me so much troubles and effort as I don't need to deal with immigration Custom each time when i entered the US any more.
