Theodore Dennis Stalcup

He handled two criminal cases for me and really got down to where my faults were and made me look into my life and has changed my life for me. Saved me from doing 7 years in prison to 18 months in county and now back on the right path. My life would have been different without his knowledge of the la...w and hard Ass approach in court. I can't thank him enough and I recommend him to anyone.

I could not have got through my situation without him or his awesome staff who held my hand the whole time. Yes he is tough but if that's not what you're looking for then this is not the lawyer for you. You don't want some wimpy lawyer defending you. All my charges were dropped and not to sound all ...after school special but they really save me. You will not be disappointed.

My son is incarcerated on serious charges. I sought help from Stalcup, who was going to charge me a huge amount of money to do some complicated process which he claimed would be my son's best chance of success. We got Stalcup's name from another inmate in prison, who at first told us he was a reall...y good lawyer. I've been trying to put the money together, and then I heard back from the guy who referred us in the first place. He told me Stalcup had "dropped the ball" on his case, and was refusing to return his phone calls or those from his family. Because of this, I contacted another attorney to get a second opinion. That attorney told me that there is no way that Stalcup's methods could succeed, and that the chances of success in this case are virtually nil. I have since verified this with two other attorneys. I almost spent every cent I had for something that could never have worked.

I hiredMr Stalcup because a Lady he used to work for was recomended to me highly. He spend a lot of time telling me bad things about her, which was someone who had hired him for five years when he did not have a job, which is what my new loyer who is a lady told me. He bragged about his own opinio...n of himself and seemed like he was more interested in that than me and my case. Inever had a attorney before so I dint realy know what to do One of the ladies who works there was realy nice to me and told me he was the best around. I had alarm bells but paid him because she was like a mom. It wasnt worth it at all. I am so sorry of my choice of Ted Stalcup. This loyer was mean to me and oviously dint like me. I was scared of him and dint like him at all. I hired another lady pretty soon after I hired him because he made me feel bad all the time. I do not think you should hire him for family law.
