Biography
Nancy Foster is a lawyer-mediator who has focused on non-adversarial processes for resolving divorces for more than 28 years. She is the Director and principal mediator and trainer at the Northern California Mediation Center in northern San Rafael. She has been active in the mediation, collaborative and legal communities and has presented at numerous law schools and conferences. She fosters respect and reciprocity in conflict resolution through non-defensive yet powerful communication. Over the last several years, Nancy has been passionate about studying personal and relationship coaching with the Deep Coaching Institute (DCI), Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Receive Your Life Coaching (RYLC) as well as Motivational Interviewing and Adult Development Theory.
Nancy is also an artist, a singer, a dancer, a birder and an amateur botanist.

Best experience, ever.
