My practice extends to divorce, child custody, support, and visitation,mediating matters where possible, litigating matters when necessary. I also negotiate and draft prenuptial agreements, handle guardianships, and temporary restraining orders.

Legal matters relating to real property include foreclosure defense, unlawful detainers, and litigation related to homeowner associations disputes and other legal matters related to property ownership and leases.

I have represented numerous consumers in debt settlement, brought suit against creditors for violations of the FDCPA, and successfully sued a mortgage lender in a foreclosure defense case in addition to representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings. My fee for consumer bankruptcy can only be accepted in cash or check and must be paid in full before filing for bankruptcy. We are a debt relief agency and help people file for bankruptcy relief under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
