Case

I hired this firm to handle my son case that he caught in Oregon, and they delivered they got the case totally dismissed I highly recommend this firm and will use them again if need. Thank you for all your hard work. LS

do not hire him for an appeal

He might be a good trial attorney, but he is very bad when it comes to appeals. I paid him a substantial sum of money, and he filed an appeal for me. Later I had his work reviewed by another attorney, who found three important issues that Beles missed. And, the issues he overlooked were far more sub...stantial than the one he filed on.

Can not recommend this attorney

This attorney has been observed doing a poor job in the areas of client and caseload management as demonstrated repeatedly by his unresponsiveness when attempting to contact, and by the repeated requests for extensions from the Court, with no observable work being done on case. This client repeate...dly observed Mr. Beles' inability to reply to phone calls or emails in a timely manner to inquiries regarding case on which he was retained. On the rare occasion a return call was made, verbalized client was being rude and not understanding. Then claimed the associate on the case was unavailable, out of town, sick, on vacation, etc.....ad naseum. Follow-up with that associate would indicate that attorney's unfamiliarity with case. All the while no substantive work on the case being produced to refute.
