Prior to founding the firm, he held positions with law firms both in the U.S. and Middle East.

We lost our house in the 2018 Camp Fire and AAA wasn’t going to pay us a dime on a policy that we had with them for almost 20 years. I fought with AAA for four months to no avail and it is no exaggeration to say that they were the most stressful four months of my life. We lost everything and AAA just didn’t care. Once I retained Kerley Schaffer LLP, my stress melted away. They took care of everything and got results. Kerley Schaffer won a settlement for us that gave us our full policy amount, plus all attorney fees. Thanks to them, we had the money to purchase a brand-new home, fully furnish it, and still have almost a quarter of our settlement left over in savings for a rainy day. Kerley Schaffer was the best choice by far. The case manager and the staffs really knew what they are doing and they were very professional and knowledgeable. From the very beginning, they explained all the necessary procedures, made it clear on what I would expect, and guided and helped me from getting treatments to settlement. I felt that they deeply cared about me, not just my case, and fought for my best interest. I would recommend them for any personal injury case.

As an international student, it was especially stressful and to deal with the aftermath of my car accident and not have it interfere with school. From the first phone call the case manager put me at ease. My case manager was always easy to reach via phone or email and was extremely flexible working around my school schedule throughout the process.
