This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This sanction means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

one year ago I paid a flat fee for a motion to remove an injunction based on Beauvais' civil rights rep. He did not obtain court filings, told me to research case law, was sent transcript of former hearing, I came to an appointment to sign motions and nothing was ready. Consistent failure to respond to contact, took on new cases while mine just sat, then expected me to agree to a declaration that would have been false and then ended the cal saying he'd call back later pm. He did not. No further contact, did not refund fee when asked; complete stonewall for one month since then. I cannot understand such behavior. His office is dirty, it appeared someone was living in the office at one time...wonder if he has personal issues preventing him from effective representation.

I have over 3,000 pages of court records of my case to prove that this attorney is competent, sharp, courageous, brilliant, tough, and honest. Against terrible odds, this attorney prevailed. In the end, justice was served, and a $400,000 settlement was reached, for the suffering caused his client by the unconstitutional acts of the government. It is almost unbelievable that any attorney would make the personal sacrifices this man made to make sure justice was done in our case. If your concern is civil rights violations of children, he is exceptional in that arena. Any matter of civil rights violations will bring David into the arena ready and able to triumph in the name of justice and morality.
I know for a fact reason he was sanctioned at one time was because someone associated with a firm he worked for did something wrong, without his knowledge, and he was dragged into a problem that he knew nothing about, and was not responsible for.
This is one of the most decent men I have ever known.
