Client

Mr. Beauvais assisted our family in returning our baby wrongly taken by Child Protective Service. By the end, the Judge was "reassigned" , the county employee is no longer working for CPS, and of course our baby was returned. I have little experience with legal issues but Mr. Beauvais did a great jo...b for us.

Fair and knowledgeable

Mr. Beauvais was my attorney briefly. We disagreed on the approach to my case but parted amicably. He struck me as a do the right thing guy.

Civil Rights in Parental Termination

I called regarding possible civil rights violations in connection with parental rights termination. Mr. Beauvais was courteous, thoughtfully answered my questions, and suggested that I provide him with additional information in order to evaluate my case. I surely hope he agrees to represent ...me. I feel very confident in his ability and his passion for the work he does.

Best Civil Rights Attorney Anywhere!

I have over 3,000 pages of court records of my case to prove that this attorney is competent, sharp, courageous, brilliant, tough, and honest. Against terrible odds, this attorney prevailed. In the end, justice was served, and a $400,000 settlement was reached, for the suffering caused his client b...y the unconstitutional acts of the government. It is almost unbelievable that any attorney would make the personal sacrifices this man made to make sure justice was done in our case. If your concern is civil rights violations of children, he is exceptional in that arena. Any matter of civil rights violations will bring David into the arena ready and able to triumph in the name of justice and morality. I know for a fact reason he was sanctioned at one time was because someone associated with a firm he worked for did something wrong, without his knowledge, and he was dragged into a problem that he knew nothing about, and was not responsible for. This is one of the most decent men I have ever known.
