Bianca Renee Ennix

I had a very positive experience with Atty. Ennix and her staff. She and her staff professionally handled my personal injury case this year. My case was settled out of court with the insurance company and I was compensated for my pain and suffering caused by the negligence of the person who hit my ...car. Ms. Ennix and her staff were very responsive to me by returning all calls within 24 hours. If I had a question or needed information about my case, Ms. Ennix or someone from her staff always provided me with an answer. I was given updates on my case throughout the entire time.

She is a very friendly person, down to earth and seems to have potential to be successful, but never returns calls. Staff is not very responsive and some what uninterested. I call several times for information on my pending case and I always hear the same thing. "we will look into it and give you a c...all before the day is over" I never get a call back. I actually took a early lunch break to visit her office in hope of seeing her so that I can get some answers. Nope. She was not there! I would not recommend unless you have more patience than me...and I have lots! My case is still pending....I will update this review if any changes. I do like her although she is not very professional. I'm sure she will improve within time.
