Wow where do I begin, I contacted the Law Offices of Jason Estavillo on a Wednesday. We were down to the wire and in need of sound legal advice. We retained Jason Estavillo in November of 2016 (about six months ago as of this writing). We had a foreclosure sale pending, and there was some fiasco with a pro-se lawsuit filing drafted by a legal aid that we needed to fix. We did a huge amount of research and talked to a lot of people with mort...gage issues before retaining Jason. Google the lawyer and see if he's ever made the news for anything mortgage related. Check the court's online system and see if he's actually filing TRO's and preliminary injunctions and setting trial dates. Many of the lawyers our there simply don't show up anywhere when you search for them. Or once you hire them, you can never reach them because it’s just them or them and one overwhelmed secretary. Jason has a full staff of very professional and competent people supporting him including associate lawyers. You can always reach someone even when Jason is in court or is otherwise indisposed. I have been to his offices and met him and his staff as well as interacted with them via phone and email. They always respond to all my requests and questions right away, and they return my phone calls without me having to chase after them. Jason withdrew our pro-se filing, filed a new case, got a TRO and then a preliminary injunction stopping our sale, and our case is now slowly moving forward through the courts. Based on extensive research, I am of the opinion that Jason Estavillo is among the best if not the best foreclosure attorney in Northern California. And all the experiences I've had with him and his staff since retaining him have done nothing but reinforce that opinion.

My wife and I paid him $7500 all I really needed was for him to get a city police officer that is keeping us from our home to stop meddling cause he ( the cop ) is trying to help an agency squat our home but instead Mr Estavillo started reviewing recorded deeds from the county over billed us so he ca...n keep the remainder of the retainer and if that wasn’t bad enough he was reviewing the wrong person all together and at the end just abandoned us. Good thing I know how to read title I transferred our title in to a trust and perfected title but the city cop is still keeping us from our home. That’s wrong Mr Jason Estavillo. Unfortunately I have to say I know he does know real estate, foreclosure and civil law and he is a great lawyer cause I call it as I see it.
