The 2008 Financial Crisis, coupled with the corruption of the banks and Wall Street to illegally and improperly secure new loans, displaced millions of homeowners and their families. After many years as a Real Estate and Business Law Firm specialist, I decided to begin my own practice with a focus on Foreclosure Law and Real Estate Litigation. Having worked for both large and medium-sized Bay Area firms, I was exposed to the huge overhead costs most firms today charge their clients. I knew I could provide clients with the highest level of representation while not charging the enormous overhead if I opened my own practice.

I am very proud of our efforts not only as Real Estate litigation experts but also as a law firm dedicated to preserving the rights of homeowners against the Big Banks. When a property is illegally foreclosed upon, people have rights, and we are here to enforce those rights for them.

With over a 90% success rate in helping families facing imminent foreclosure stay in their homes, we are continuing our focus to undue the damages caused by the Financial Crisis and prepare for the next housing crises.

Today, the firm has hundreds of clients, many of whom are in the foreclosure litigation area. We are on the forefront of foreclosure litigation representing homeowners against the banks for over nine years. We have successfully gone up against banks such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, US Bank, The Bank of New York Melon, HSBC, Aurora Loan Services, Nationstar (Mr. Cooper) and several more.
