RUDE, LOUD WOMAN THAT HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TOLD HER NOT TO YELL AT ME
I CALLED FOR HELP, INSTEAD I GOT YELLED AT BECAUSE I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE LEGAL SYSTEM. WHEN I TOLD HER NOT TO YELL AT ME, SHE SAID YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS YOURSELF AND HUNG UP ON ME. REAL PROFESSIONAL! SHE MUST HAVE A LOT OF CLIENTS IN ORDER TO BEHAVE SO UNPROFESSIONALLY.
