Biography
Mr. Wood began his legal career with the view of developing a personally rewarding practice by working directly with individuals and families. He draws upon his financial background to apply creative approaches to complex Bankruptcy issues. Mr. Wood currently provides Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 services to his clients.
Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Wood worked at a prominent Bankruptcy Law Firm counseling clients in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and in Consumer Litigation. Mr. Wood has also worked as a project manager for Morgan Stanley Capital International and in portfolio management at Mellon Capital Management.
Mr. Wood graduated from the U.C. Berkeley Business School with a focus in finance and from JFK law school. Mr. Wood is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and spent many years in the financial securities industry. He has extensive experience and knowledge of fixed income and equity securities and in derivative instruments.
Mr. Wood is committed to applying his extensive financial background to help his clients to eliminate or reorganize their debts.
