I completely agree with the one star review that was left. David Arrieta was extremely difficult to get ahold of while I was paying him a lot of money to deal with my bankruptcy case. His lack of attention to detail regarding my case cost me over $1,000 after my case was closed. I asked the IRS why I... wasn't informed of additional penalties that were accumulating over the course of my payment plan and they informed me that my attorney was responsible for providing me with this information! Because he wasn't thorough with my case and decided not to have a sit down meeting with the IRS representative to go over the details of my case, the $130 penalty that could've been taken care of at the beginning of this process ballooned to almost $1,100. David Arietta refused to take responsibility and fed me untrue information as to why the IRS was coming after me for more additional information. I would NOT recommend him for any type of assistance in this area!!

Initially I chose David Arietta because his office was close to my home and was pleasantly surprised what a professional he turned out to be! David answered all of my questions thoroughly, explained in detail all the steps we were going to take. I immediately felt at ease and that I was in good hand...s. His staff is also very nice and courteous. My calls were always returned in timely manner by either David or his secretary and paralegal. I would defenitely recommend this office to people who are seeking legal help.

I would highly recommend David Arietta. He was very knowledgeable and we were pleased with his services.
