Wonderful experience
There was NO attorney anywhere that would take my case. I was referred to Jim by one of his colleagues. Not only did he take my case, he enjoyed the case and was so very knowledgable and upfront. He's very professional, to the point, keeps you informed, never wastes your time and truly respects your questions. I highly recommend Jim. He made a horrible situation as smooth and harmless as possible. He won my case and I was compensated in a very timely manor.

He really does listen and it was important to me.
My first time on a car accident where my vehicle was totalled. Of all 5 lawyers in Walnut Creek, Jim was the first one to return my call. He listened to all the facts and didnt make me feel that my accident was less important. Since it was also my first time to seek a lawyer, he made me less nervous. he guided me step by step and was so patient with my never ending questions. he is so thorough . he gets back to you when he can. I already have recommended him to my friends. He made sure we were paud fairly and In the end he didnt even charge me with miscellaneous expenses.
