In July of 2020, I retained Adam Carlson of Casper, Meadows, Schwartz, & Cook for a civil lawsuit due to an injury I had sustained in August of 2018. This was my second experience with an Attorney after I had been through a Worker's Comp case from 2018 through 2021. From our initial meeting, Mr. Ca...rlson clearly showed that he was caring, intelligent, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Throughout the entire process, there was constant communication and explanation of all proceedings. Providing additional support to Adam and me (in a personal context) was his Legal Assistant, Michelle Estrada. On a few occasions, I spoke with her and she let me express my feelings regarding certain issues. My case recently has settled and I am more than pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Adam Carlson and his firm to anyone seeking professional counsel for their litigation needs. Best Lawyer out there!!

I first learned about Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook back in 2014. I was in a severe accident that left me in the hospital. I was in Foster care at the time where they referred me to them. While I was in foster care I had strict guidelines that Adam knew and thought of great ideas that left me with... a good chunk of change once I graduated from the foster system! I still to this day have a great relationship with Adam and his whole team as they have never steered me the wrong way and have been helping me since I was 19. I am now 26 and they have been there when I need them! Not only did they help me with other Legal case advice they did it because I continue to bring them Business with referrals. They treat me like family! And having a firm who treats you like that is the one to do business with! I fully give them my 100% endorsement!

Could not have been better

I hired the firm, and worked specifically with Adam Carlson, in a personal injury case. My experience could not have been better. This site of my injury was very unsafe and I broke my foot and developed a blood clot. Because Adam was so quick in gathering the necessary information via a personal inte...rview, a site visit and public records, we had a case that could not lose. In the end, I was fairly compensated for my injuries and the pain and suffering. Throughout the process, Adam shined in his ability to walk the fine line of being aggressive when we needed to be, and counseling patience when it was called for. Adam was also very good at setting realistic expectations and instilling confidence in the process. I’m confident that I could not have been more fairly compensated, I feel that justice was served, and I would recommend the firm and Adam Carlson to anyone seeking damages in a case like mine.
