He really does listen and it was important to me.
My first time on a car accident where my vehicle was totalled. Of all 5 lawyers in Walnut Creek, Jim was the first one to return my call. He listened to all the facts and didnt make me feel that my accident was less important. Since it was also my first time to seek a lawyer, he made me less nervous....
