In July of 2020, I retained Adam Carlson of Casper, Meadows, Schwartz, & Cook for a civil lawsuit due to an injury I had sustained in August of 2018. This was my second experience with an Attorney after I had been through a Worker's Comp case from 2018 through 2021. From our initial meeting, Mr. Ca...rlson clearly showed that he was caring, intelligent, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Throughout the entire process, there was constant communication and explanation of all proceedings. Providing additional support to Adam and me (in a personal context) was his Legal Assistant, Michelle Estrada. On a few occasions, I spoke with her and she let me express my feelings regarding certain issues. My case recently has settled and I am more than pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Adam Carlson and his firm to anyone seeking professional counsel for their litigation needs. Excellent Representation

I was in an automobile accident in 2016. My initial attorney retired and he arranged for Adam Carlson to take over my case. When I initially met Mr. Carlson I was impressed about how knowledgeable he was with the facts of my case. As the case progressed, I was pleased with my representation and th...e case settlement. Understanding, kind, and gets the job done.

I was actually injured in two separate MVA’s within 18 months. Adam took on these very complicated cases, which dealt with prior conditions, with ease. He was professional and kind. He eased my fears. He was a champ during the mediation process for the second case and overall I am very happy with the... outcomes. I would recommend him to anyone.
