Vehicle Code, he requested a DMV hearing. At DMV hearing he proved to them that, my stop and detention were outside the legal parameter s...et forth in the Calif. Vehicle code, which they agreed with. I retained my driving privileges. The court is a totally separate issue and charges, from the DMV hearing.
