Realistic Expectations & Witty Approach Tactics
I had never been involved in a personal lawsuit prior to contacting Jeffrey Mendelman. I was referred to Jeffrey by a firm my family and I had worked with in the past. When I contacted Jeffrey, I was not at ease! He gladly accepted my case, updated me with realistic answers and approaches as we moved forward. Jeffrey always underpromised and overdelivered. Jeffrey is a very professional attorney and expert in all legal aspects. He has unmatched professionalism, honesty, extensive experience and integrity. Jeffrey provided realistic information and comes up with great solutions. He is EXTREMELY responsive and communicates clearly. He is amazing person and professional, highly recommended him in all matters in particularly civil. Finding yourself in a situation where you need to find legal representation is never great however. Skilled, compassionate and through representation... The type of professional you want in your corner that gets the job done!
We were recommended Jeffrey Mendelman by our local attorney since he handles cases in San Francisco. Our first interaction was on the phone where he asked all the right questions to determine the course of action in the pending criminal case. He laid out the payment process and schedule, as well as the likely outcomes of the case. He was reassuring and did not rush the call. We were careful to follow the recommended actions he proposed for us, and in turn he was able to get the case handled in a professional and expeditious manner. This did not mean hat he rushed the process. Neither did he just roll over to the District Attorney’s motions. He did not stop his representation even when the escrow account needed further funding. We are very satisfied in the way he went above and beyond in taking ownership, including handling all aspects of the case. He was very responsive to our concerns and inquiries, even if he could not speak in length at the time. He kept us informed at every step of the way of the status of the case.

Superb!
Jeff handled a very confusing, tedious, and harrowing situation for us. He is not only skillful, he is patient and reassuring. He works really hard and went out of his way for us. The best lawyer ever!
As I said on the title, he's the best lawyer ever! Jeff is a very good advocate for his clients. If you're looking for someone who doesn't respond to calls, Jeff is not the guy for you. His knowledge of criminal law, and the law itself is superb! He's extremely patient, and will answer all of your questions whenever you need it. My husband faced a very difficult situation, and he was able negotiate a dismissal for the case. During the process, Jeff has exhibited compassion, and was able to provide comfort in that difficult time. If i could give Jeff more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Jeff! You're the best!

Excellent and exceptional attorney
I made some very poor decisions in my life. Decisions that almost cost me my status here in the USA. I hired 3 different attorneys to help me get out of the hole I dug myself into with no success. They half did they work ,didn’t explain my rights to me or the consequences of my situation. I think they accept the job just for the money and didn’t have a minimum interest in helping me. I was so disappointed and felt so lost until a friend of mine recommended me to Jeffrey Meldelman. I contact him and explain my situation, he instantly gives me piece of mind. I don’t know why, but for some reason I had a strong feeling that he was going to help me. He takes his work very seriously ,he Explain everything to me, he keep me posted on everything he was doing on my case, I can see he loves his job and he is very good at it. He took up my problem as though it was his, contacted the DA, and did everything in his power to make sure my case was dropped. He very clearly explained to me what was at stake and gave me information on what I needed to do. He got my charges dropped; I'm very grateful to him.

Very difficult case, but Nothing is impossible for Jeffrey.
Thank you very very much Jeffrey I’m very blessed with your help on my very difficult DUI case, since day one I knew that God put you on my life for a reason, you change my life for ever, represent me on court with out me been there, help me to get out of probation and ask the Judge to take the DUI out of federal records is very important for my and my family, now I can continue with a normal life after a mistake that I did 10 year ago. At one point I lost faith on lawyers for a very bad experience, but you Jeff show me that still a good person out there who really love what they doing, and the mosh importa thing, the last day that you called me to give the great news about that Judge decision i know that God was with you on the court room. Thank you very much Jeff, I will visit California one day and look for you and give you a huge hug and bring you a little souvenir from Houston TX. Now I can continue with me Inmigracion case thanks to you and your experience. And again thank you Jeff.

Justice for a Veteran!
My son, a veteran, was zealously overcharged and was facing a legal system that was bent on mistreatment of one who had served his country honorably. Jeff as part of the legal team made justice possible through coming to court prepared, addressing through his courtroom style the right questions, flaws and shortcomings of the case brought against my son. His professionalism, demeanor, and dedication to justice in the courtroom gave weight to his choice of questions, well-crafted arguments and presence at trial. He and the legal team successfully laid out a defense that was able to overcome the tainting of my son's character and the attempt by the DA to stereotype veterans negatively. Jeff, along with the team was able to effectively refute the the false story that was being used by the prosecution. Jeff did his part in representing the facts of the case with grace and integrity. As a result of this defense my son was acquitted of several felony charges! Jeff's personal encouragement, level-headedness, and compassion during the trial for my son and us as a family helped us through what was the toughest time of our life. I recommend him without reservation.

Knowledgeable and Wonderful to Work With
My Husband has been battling deportation for 6 years but with Jeff's help we were able to remove the charges from 1999 and end this battle!!!! He was so knowledgeable of new laws that would benefit my husband and his case. The last case he had dismissed he was able to use a law that was passed in January. He knew more about the immigration and criminal laws than the judges and our immigration attorney. He was able to give my immigration the tools to win! Jeff is going to have an outstanding career in law and will no doubt change the lives others, he changed ours. And he just a really nice guy.
