Kurt Rifbjerg is an excellent attorney who is highly skilled, personable, and considerate. My wife and I retained his services to prepare our Family Revocable Trust. We met several times during the process to develop and revise the Trust documents including a Will, Advanced Health Care Directive, and... Durable Power of Attorney. For the initial meeting Mr. Rifbjerg sent information and a questionnaire for us to complete prior to the appointment which allowed us to focus on our specific needs. Kurt played a significant role in a successful family trust contest. A former family member who was also the trustee convinced my incapacitated grandmother to amend the trust greatly in his favor and to my detriment. The trustee also conducted troubling financial activity administering the trust. Kur...t skillfully organized a case concerning the trustee's behavior while concurrently working on the trust contest.
