Kurt Rifbjerg is an excellent attorney who is highly skilled, personable, and considerate. My wife and I retained his services to prepare our Family Revocable Trust. We met several times during the process to develop and revise the Trust documents including a Will, Advanced Health Care Directive, and... Durable Power of Attorney. For the initial meeting Mr. Rifbjerg sent information and a questionnaire for us to complete prior to the appointment which allowed us to focus on our specific needs. Each time we met Mr. Rifbjerg spent considerable time listening to our concerns and addressing our questions. He was easy to contact and communicated either by phone or email in a timely manner. Draft and final documents were provided on-line in pdf format. Our final meeting to sign the documents was an enjoyable experience, Mr. Rifbjerg was prepared and organized which made the signing process proceed efficiently.
