John Scott Bonagofsky

I am an employment law attorney who represents employees in disputes with their current or former employers.  Our firm specializes in the representation of employees in high tech, biotech, and other sophisticated industries, and focuses on cases alleging harassment and discrimination (based on sex, race, national origin, religion, disability, and sexual orientation), "whistleblower" cases involving employees who complain about illegal conduct by their employers, retaliation cases, and unpaid wages.
