Biography
I am a former Oakland Police Officer which gives me a unique insight on how police conduct themselves, write reports, and formulate probable cause to make an arrest. I love to defend the U.S. Constitution which is why I file a lot of motions for my clients, for example, motions to dismiss charges, motions to suppress due to unlawful searches and seizures, motions to return property, just to name a few. I enjoy helping my clients through a very difficult time. Outstanding professionalism
Mr. Morse was honest and up front from day one. He worked hard for me and in the end had all charges dropped. I do not believe I could have had better representation than Mr. Morse and his team.
