John has been working with me for almost 3 years to get thru a difficult divorce process. I have waited to review him on YELP until the process was complete, so it would not have an undesired effect on the other party, and we finally negotiated a stipulated settlement agreement this month. So I can n...ow post my review. It cost me a ton to settle with the ex-wife, but that is the nature of the divorce laws in California -- the system is broken, and you need an experienced guide to navigate through the mess created by our friends in Sacramento. John has been a wonderful guide, and I strongly recommend him to other men facing this challenge. When he saw how the opposing lawyers were billing the case, he made it his mission to ensure my ex-wife paid her own exorbitant fees, which in many cases are often billed to the Respondent (me). His fees have been very reasonable and amounted to far less than my ex-wife paid her attorneys. He provides good value for the money spent. John is an experienced, no-nonsense lawyer who knows everyone involved in the Santa Clara Family Court system, and his reputation is strongly positive with the other officers of this Court -- a big plus.
