unprofessional and irresponsible
Stuart was my divorce lawyer for about 10 months. He is irresponsible and unprofessional. He was asking the same questions in the trial court(8 months later) that I have told him in the 1st time we meet. He was obviously not prepared good to my case while he charged me huge lawyer fee. My marriage...
I am always sorry to see a former client not completely satisfied with our services. I was the third attorney on the this case and there was never any critique of my services during my 10 months of representation (including a multi-day trial) - this comment was only posted within a day of our office moving to collect an outstanding bill against the client's share of the Judgment. This is the "lien" the client refers to which is set out in our fee agreement and which is always explained before the fee agreement is signed. Additionally, our office has been told numerous times that our fees are reasonable compared to other attorneys and, in fact, our total fees in a case are usually less than what the other party incurred. We also provide detailed bills each month and encourage our clients to ask us if they have a question about a particular charge.

This is a good guy!
Stuart did a fine job with my case. I am a very emotional person, and my custody case involved my daughter being abducted. Stuart kept the case going and didn't over charge me. He gave me sensible advice and left me with a bank account, much more than other lawyers would have. He didn't play on my em...
"I endorse this lawyer in any area of the law. He has experience in Civil and Family. He is a zealous advocate but never unprofessional. He gets to the bottom line, stays on top of things, and knows how to conduct himself appropriately. If we can't agree, we have a trial--no harm, no foul."
