Stuart was my divorce lawyer for about 10 months. He is irresponsible and unprofessional. He was asking the same questions in the trial court(8 months later) that I have told him in the 1st time we meet. He was obviously not prepared good to my case while he charged me huge lawyer fee. My marriage... was short term and has simple property division problem. He did not understand the key points. He is not good in algebra calculations with several numbers.He was interrupted by my ex wife's lawyer in the court for not saying the key points. Even I agreed that his arguments were irrelevant. The judge was correcting his knowledge of the facts of my case in the trial.He was chatting with my ex wife's lawyer about Christmas traveling plan while ignoring my request to double check an obvious calculation error of $2000.00 with several numbers. Due to my language problem. He asked me to sign an agreement about lawyer fee treated as lien. Be aware of this.

Stuart did a fine job with my case. I am a very emotional person, and my custody case involved my daughter being abducted. Stuart kept the case going and didn't over charge me. He gave me sensible advice and left me with a bank account, much more than other lawyers would have. He didn't play on my em...otions. Recently, I asked Stuart about possible litigation on another matter, He read my email and advised against it. He didn't charge me either.
