I highly recommend Laina!

Laina is amazing! I wanted to get my record expunged for employment reasons. She suggested we get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor then have my record expunged so I would get my rights back. I didn't even know that was possible. She asked me to get some letters of character and all my paperwork s...aying I had completed everything the court required as part of my original sentence. Once I got everything to her I was on the calendar within a few days. We went to court on November 19th and got everything taken care of. My record had been holding me back for years. I highly recommend Laina she is truly a great person and lawyer.

Perfection!

First of all thank you. Secondly she is a woman who knows what she is doing. Thirdly it’s your loss because she will get it done! She gives the best specific advice on what will happen, what can happen, what we can do to get it done! She helped me feel calm and relaxed! Even when people would tell ...me something that bothered me! I would give her a call and she would reassure me everything will be ok and she was correct every time! She is to be trusted! Anyone who knows, knows there are a ton of lawyers! But not alot who do there job like they care about you and will genuinely help you through out the entire process and then some! She’s worth it and happy she happend to be my person! Thank you again Laina. Means a lot everything you helped with.

Felony at 50

50 year old female and never been in trouble with the law and now I'm facing a felony. Didn't know where to turn. My husband suggested Yelp. I was searching through all the reviews and one name kept coming up, so I read all the reviews. I e-mailed Laina and she got back to me within 10 minutes. I wa...lked her through what happened and she explained what could happen. I made an apt. to see her within a few days and she explained everything in detail to me. She was very knowledgeable and very sincere on helping me. She didn't ask for any money up front because she was confident she could get the charges dropped. She kept me well informed and at ease the entire time. 2 weeks later and 1 week before my court hearing, she called to tell me everything got dropped. She was amazing and a sweet and kind person. She didn't take advantage and kept her word. She is an amazing attorney and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Laina!!

Personable and Professional!

Laina Chikhani was extremely helpful to me in resolving a legal matter that was very distressing. She responded to my calls right away, was informative and alleviated my fears. My issue was resolved quickly and I was able to sleep without worry. If I am ever in need of legal help in the future she w...ill be the attorney that I call. I recommend her with out reservation!

A Godsend

My husband's final court date was only one month away and we were desperate. His case was simple so we didn't bother hiring a private attorney but the public defender was useless and the case dragged on for more than a year and the outcome didn't look good. I found Laina through a website search an...d although I spoke with several attorneys, she was the one who offered hope and rearranged her schedule to meet with us. She was straightforward and gave us best case and worst case. She did exactly as she promised and within one month his case was dismissed. He didn't even have to appear in court. One attorney we consulted early on quoted us a fee that was multiples of what Laina charged. Worth every penny. Imagine the stress we would have avoided had we consulted her first!
