Biography
I was raised in Gilroy, California and attended Santa Clara University for both undergraduate and legal studies. After passing the Bar Exam in 2004, I worked for a small law firm in San Francisco prior to starting my own solo practice. Over the course of a 16+ year career, my areas of practice, clientele, and knowledge base have evolved, but the primary focus remains unchanged – timely, cost-effective, and personal service to clients - every time.
Based in San Francisco, I commonly provide legal and business expertise to tech startups, but the vast majority of my clients are actually those enterprises and professionals that support the region’s tech industry. It’s the public relations and advertising firms helping to market the newest apps. It’s the bars and restaurants where the tech titans are conducting negotiations at the lunch hour and celebrating new VC funding rounds over cocktails in the evening. It’s the accountants, real estate agents, consultants and other professionals that allow the San Francisco Bay Area economy to thrive in these very exciting times. These are my clients.
