Recomendation by client of Sanford Cipinko for legal councel in personel injury litigation

I would like to recommend Mr. Sanford Cipinko who represented me in a personal injury law suit concerning a significant claim involving a large established insurance company. Mr. Cipinko with the assistance of his well trained office staff handled the case with alacrity. All court and other legal ...filings where accomplished quickly and I was kept well informed as to the meaning and progress of the proceedings. As expected, the Insurance Company pulled every trick they could, including intimidation by suggesting that I lied and was carless enough that I purposely ran into the cross walk and thus was hit by their client’s oncoming car. Eventually the case was settled to my satisfaction with the helpful advice and counsel of Mr. Cipinko. Of upmost importance, Mr. Cipinko is honest and forthright. My experience with Mr. Cipinko has been excellent and I would highly recommend him as legal counsel for any personal injury litigations.

Good outcome, great people

I don't think anyone who gets involved in legal action comes away super-happy about it -- you just do the best with the hand you're dealt and hope you get some kind of justice for what happened to you. But if you need to get legal on someone, (bike-car collision in my case), these guys are great. S...andy (Sanford) is a good guy, very honest, and it seemed like other lawyers have a lot of respect for him, as did the ex-judge who mediated my case. Kimberly was great too, very professional. Since Sandy has associates that handle most of the day-to-day work on the case, I didn't spend a lot of time with him personally, but he's definitely a straight shooter, and I got a sense that he's not a guy you'd want to be negotiating against. Hard to explain, but he manages to give the impression of being unpredictable when in fact he's like five steps ahead of you. Very cagey. Forget the Perry Mason stuff: I didn't make it to trial, and if you're reading this, chances are you won't either. Most cases settle. So what you need from your lawyer is for them to 1) stop you from doing stupid stuff, and 2) talk you into doing smart stuff. For that, these guys were great, and I think we had an excellent outcome. The truth is, it costs a lot to sue someone, both in lawyer contingency fees and case expenses (which you pay all of and which get amazingly insanely huge if you go to trial), so avoid getting a lawyer if you can, and be realistic about what it's going to cost. But if I had to do it again, these are the guys I would go in with. And that's about the best thing you can say about a lawyer if you're not smoking crack. (No offense if you're a lawyer! Then again, if you're a lawyer, you probably know what I'm talking about.)
