Michael William Goodrich Visconti

Michael has served as in-house and product counsel to a leading Bay Area legal software development and SaaS company, counsel to an emerging market consulting firm, and media, labor, and international law counsel to a non-profit Southeast Asian NGO fellowship and volunteer organization.

His litigation practice includes over $250 million in successful employment and consumer class action litigation in California state and federal matters and supporting Title VII litigation efforts in the 7th Circuit.  His transactional practice spans corporate governance, employment and benefits management, reorganizations, financings and M&A, drafting and negotiating commercial and technology service agreements, locating and managing outside counsel, employment risk-mitigation measures in the US and EMEA, and the creation and maintenance of complex contract management and compliance systems.
