Charles Francis Carbone

Mr. Carbone is the best attorney hands down! I questioned whether it would be worth hiring a private attorney as opposed to a state one. I had lost all my hope years ago of ever getting out of prison. I never made it to a level 3 and remained a level 4 my entire term. My points were high even the day I walked out the gate. I realized after talking to Mr. Charles Carbone that there was hope after all despite how far I had dug a hol...e for myself within the CDC. I had a long disciplinary history with many years in the SHU. The confidentials that were presented to the board made me look like John Gotti. Two years ago with a raunchy file Mr. Carbone was able to get me a 3 year denial. Earlier this year he filed a 1045 petition and hooked it up nicely. It was granted and in July I was granted parole. During the parole hearing, I was digging a hole for myself by veering off course of the subject the commissioner was on. Mr. Carbone was able to twist it back around in my favor. That was what got me my grant. On November 16 I was released and now I reside in the free world. Thanks to Mr. Carbone. For those of you whom read this and are considering hiring Mr. Carbone for your attorney I am advising you not to hesitate because I was a man without hope and probably far worse off than yourself or your loved one that is a lifer yet Mr. Carbone is the sole reason why I am a free man today. For those of you whom think the dump truck stated appointed attorneys are going to get you out yourself deceived. The money that it takes to hire Mr. Carbone is nothing in comparison to how wonderful this freedom is. I am truly blown away with this experience. I hired Charles to represent my son at his parole board hearing this September. We considered several very reputable experienced attorneys and after much discussion, we decided Charles would be the best attorney. It was the right decision. Charles did exactly what he said he would do including vis...iting my son on 3 occasions and providing valuable feedback to help my son prepare for board. While Charles was helpful, I know my son's preparation for the last 8 years is what ultimately got him paroled. It will not be one attorney to make this happen. After so many parole denials, including the one in 2016, we knew the only way my brother could get a just outcome was thru the courts. Atty Carbone has been and continues to be a man of his word. He helped my husband who's serving a 15 to life sentence, come home to us in a few days.
