Biography
I am a lifelong resident of the Bay Area having represented thousands of clients over the past 32 years. I started as an insurance defense lawyer and now represent primarily claimants injured by the fault of others. I believe that my skills as a defense attorney make me an excellent attorney in representing claimants, because I anticipate what the defense and insurance company will need to set a high reserve and pay my clients what my client(s) deserve. Money is the way clients are compensated, and they hire me to get them as much as poissible. Clients would prefer to "turn back the clock" and not be injured, but unfortunately the best I can do is provide guidance, compassion, and maximize the client's recovery.
I reside in San Anselmo, California with my wife of 30 years. We have two children Carly (28) and Josh (25). I like to mountain bike, practice yoga, and cook in my spare time.
