Juliana E Pisani

Juliana Pisani has been resolving civil disputes since 2004.  Juliana Pisani focuses her practice on real estate law, landlord-tenant law, rent control law, premises liability, landlord liability, unlawful detainer litigation, business matters, contract disputes, as well as tort and personal injury claims (for both plaintiffs and defendants).

Juliana Pisani has successfully tried cases to verdict as well as settled contentious disputes in court and outside of court, earning praise from her clients for efficient resolution of claims and disputes.

Prior to working at Sheppard-Uziel, Juliana Pisani worked for four years at one of the largest law firms in the North Bay: Gaw, Van Male, Smith, Myers and Miroglio.  She also served as a law clerk for the Solano County Public Defender’s office, where she won numerous motions favorably disposing of cases against her clients.

Juliana Pisani is admitted to practice in all State Courts and Federal District Courts in California.

Fluent in Italian, Juliana Pisani studied European Union law at Tulane University in Siena, Italy, under former Hague Convention Chief Prosecutor, Justice Richard Goldstone.

A graduate from the University of California at Davis, Juliana Pisani spent time in undergraduate school studying in Tuscany, Venice and in Paris.  She finished her Bachelor’s Degree with the University of California’s Washington D.C. Program while working in the Office of Holocaust Issues at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of European Affairs.

Juliana Pisani is a former President and Executive Adviser of the Napa County Women Lawyers.  She served two years on the Executive Committee of the Napa County Bar Association.  Juliana Pisani also served on the Legal Aid of Napa Valley Fundraising Committee for two years.  She is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association, Queen’s Bench, Italian American Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
