Biography
It is difficult to find an attorney as experienced and aggressive. In law school, I spent my extra hours working for the California Supreme Court, the California Appellate Courts, and the California Attorney General. After passing the bar exam on my first try, I served as Deputy Attorney General for six years, handling major cases. My success was recognized: I was invited to lecture on law at Duke University, the University of San Diego, and Hastings, and participated in the Law Reviews of many other Universities. I came to the private sector in 2004, and been lead counsel on landmark cases. Again, I was honored to be recognized for my success.

Stay away from this attorney
The State bar is investigating this attorney for very serious crimes. In my opinion Mr Walston is mentally ill. He is a pathological liar. And eventually you will lose his license and hopefully he will be incarcerated.

The Court held, as a matter of first impression, the prisons have a duty to protect inmates in their custody under state law.
In a case of first impression, the US District Court for the Northern District of California held that there is no judicial review of US Presidential elections until after the electoral college casts its votes and decides the election.
The Court granted the injunction protecting plaintiff's identities. The Court also upheld plaintiff's unfair competition claims and bifurcated the remaining claims, which were sent to arbitration. The remaining portions of the case were settled.
In a special en banc hearing before an 11 Judge Panel, the Ninth Circuit found that the Constitutional Familial Right to Privacy and Procreation Does Not Survive Incarceration.
