I have spent my career focused on litigating claims and working to resolve them.  I know the litigation process can be intimidating, emotional, and expensive for the clients.  So, I take a practical approach to representation.  Is litigation approriate?  Is it necessary?  Are their avenues to explore that can resolve the dispute prior to litigation?  These are important questions to ask.  When litigation is necessary, its done in a targeted fashion, with an aim to prepare for trial and appeal.
