Biography
I have practiced for over twenty-five years, working in both Southern and Northern California. I have also handled cases in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Nevada.
The focus of my practice is civil litigation. The range of my case work, which has involved all stages of pre-trial, trial, and appellate practice, has included environmental law, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, personal and property damage, constitutional law, civil rights, and landlord-tenant issues.
I have also advised insurance companies, insureds, and independent insurance adjustors on issues of coverage and the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and property owners on issues relating to sales agreements and deeds of trust.
