This review is long overdue. I was hit by a car as a pedestrian in April 2025. At the time, I was already dealing with a lot of family issues, so when the accident happened, I was upset, overwhelmed, and in pain. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. My husband reached out to a friend because he ...remembered that he had previously been in an accident. His friend gave him Roger Reynolds’s contact information, and we got in touch with him. From our very first conversation, I felt like I was in good hands. Roger’s voice was calm, he listened to everything I had to say, and he did not sound like the injury lawyers you see on those commercials on TV. He came across as trustworthy, and after speaking with him, I knew I had made the right decision. I had a lot of questions, and Roger always took the time to answer them. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was being a bother. I was always able to get in touch with him, and he was consistently available when I needed him. He was never pushy, and I always made sure to provide him with whatever information he requested. He did his job, and he did it well. After negotiating with the insurance company, the final offer was much better than I expected. I was honestly very pleased with the outcome. One thing I will say is that you must be patient and allow Roger to do his job. Roger knows what he’s doing. Don’t expect your case to be settled in a month or two. It takes time to build a strong case and get the best possible outcome. Roger Reynolds is thorough, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about doing his job right. A good lawyer takes his time. A bad one rushes.
