Review
Markus handled a medical malpractice for me and was extremely courteous during the entire matter. Although very compassionate in his work, he is very straight forward in his explanations and reasonings. Any telephone messages or emails were promptly responded to. His paralegal, Shawna, is extremely capable and is equally responsive to inquiries. I do not hesitate in recommending Markus.

The Best of the Best
I retained Markus in a case involving the wrongful death of a loved one. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. He knows the law inside and out. He handled my case with great skill, professionalism and compassion. Markus was absolutely tenacious and relentless in his pursuit of justice for myself and my family. I felt protected every step of the way. It was a long and arduous case and he ultimately obtained a very favorable outcome. I highly recommend Markus. He is a great advocate for his clients.

Assertive, communicative, sharp
Working with Markus and his paralegal was as stress free as a personal injury suit against the federal government could be. He helped us put together a compelling case, gathered evidence with us, drafted the complaint and ultimately settled the case. During COVID we communicated very easily by phone and email. When we got to the final settlement negotiations, Markus was a strong advocate and really got us the best possible outcome. I recommend his office for anyone with a legitimate claim. He's a high class lawyer who advocates ethically and cares a lot about his clients.

Excellent trial attorney
Markus just assisted us in winning a very complex case involving harassment and retaliation in the workplace, invasion of privacy and email privacy. He is an excellent orator during trial, doesn't miss a beat, and lands on his feet no matter what happens. Also, this is the attorney you want on your side when you're having a really bad day or something goes sideways during the case or trial, (because there is always something) and Markus is a true winner. He simply won't take "no" for an answer.

"I endorse this lawyer. I give Markus the highest possible rating. Markus is a trial lawyer's trial lawyer. We tried a very difficult cutting edge case in federal court in April 2012. We prevailed on behalf of our clients (unanimous jury). The clients were ecstatic. Markus was polite, brilliant, knew his way around the courtroom and the jurors loved him. He gets A++ in my book."
