Some of the San Francisco tenant attorneys we consulted seemed to have a business model of shying away from trial in favor of settling many "cookie-cutter" cases for less than their actual value. Mark takes a different approach. The opposition knows he is ready to go to trial, which gives him an adva...ntage when negotiating.
