Keith Robert Oliver

I was injured when I was hit on my bicycle by a car in August of 2013. I was referred to Mr. Oliver, and I hired him to help collect for my injuries and hospital bills and lost pay from time away from work. He started on my case in September of 2013 and by January we had a good settlement offer fro...m the driver's insurance company that I was pleased with and accepted. Mr. Oliver was diligent in pursuit of my case for me. He did a great job at my deposition and at the deposition of the driver of the car. I think that good work turned the case in my favor. He also did a great job in negotiations with the insurance company attorney.

My wife and I hired Mr. Oliver to help us with a dispute with our landlord over our business lease. The problem had gotten so bad it caused problems with our business partner and it was hurting our business. We hired Mr. Oliver based on a recommendation and it was the right choice. Mr. Oliveer discu...ssed our case with us and we decided on a strategy and followed it. We avoided court and were able to get the lease renewal concessions we wanted and ended the conflict thanks to him. He worked hard and he did a great job for us and our business. We could not be happier with the legal service we received from Mr. Oliver. We will recommend him to our friends.

We hired Keith Oliver to help us fight our eviction from our home after it was foreclosed. We had hired another attorney to help us, but he didn't seem to make any progress with the bank, and time was running out. We asked around and a friend recommended Keith. Soon after we hired him, he was able... to get our eviction and stopped, and since we had also filed a lawsuit against the bank, he was able to get us back our house. We didn't need a loan modification, we just needed some understanding and some time to get back on track. Mr. Oliver was diligent and professional and he did exactly what he said he would do. His knowledge of the banks and the industry was impressive. I would recommend him for sure, and have. We were lucky to find him.

I had a bad problem with an accident. The insurance company wasn't on my side and other issues made it worse. I hired Mr. Oliver based on a recommendation from a friend, and he was absolutely superb. My case was going the wrong direction and he turned that around. He worked quickly to resolve my ca...se. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The case could have cost me a ton of money and increased insurance, among other bad consequences. He put those issues to rest and I was back to status quo within months.. I am very grateful for Mr. Oliver's knowledge and efforts on my behalf.

Mr. Oliver lacks the professionalism that we expected of an attorney. While we cannot fairly comment on his work for us since we had to dismiss him because of unprofessional conduct and lack of responsiveness. He was exceedingly difficult to contact...he left strange messages like: "don't call me... on this phone and don't use this email".....we never really knew how to contact him...response time was more than one week. Further, from our involvement with Mr. Oliver, he appears not to respect his clients time....after repeated commitments to arrive at court on time, he was three hours late for a meeting with our judge...nor did he have the common professional decency to apologize to us for waiting three hours for him. In good conscience, we cannot and would not recommend him.
