Excellent Legal Representation

I was injured when I was hit on my bicycle by a car in August of 2013. I was referred to Mr. Oliver, and I hired him to help collect for my injuries and hospital bills and lost pay from time away from work. He started on my case in September of 2013 and by January we had a good settlement offer fro...m the driver's insurance company that I was pleased with and accepted. Mr. Oliver was diligent in pursuit of my case for me. He did a great job at my deposition and at the deposition of the driver of the car. I think that good work turned the case in my favor. He also did a great job in negotiations with the insurance company attorney.

Needed help and we got it

We hired Keith Oliver to help us fight our eviction from our home after it was foreclosed. We had hired another attorney to help us, but he didn't seem to make any progress with the bank, and time was running out. We asked around and a friend recommended Keith. Soon after we hired him, he was able... to get our eviction and stopped, and since we had also filed a lawsuit against the bank, he was able to get us back our house. We didn't need a loan modification, we just needed some understanding and some time to get back on track. Mr. Oliver was diligent and professional and he did exactly what he said he would do. His knowledge of the banks and the industry was impressive. I would recommend him for sure, and have. We were lucky to find him.

Great Attorney with Passion and Foresight

Mr. Oliver was referred to us by a friend. That was lucky. We had looked for an attorney that we liked for months, but couldn't find an attorney that could respond to our needs. Mr. Oliver stepped in and handled our dispute professionally and respectfully. He turned our case in to a big six-figure wi...nner...not the loser that most other attorneys considered our case. We won the case. We have referred Mr. Oliver to other friends, and we have a second case that he is doing a superb job on. He cuts right to the chase. He showed that he was an aggressive attorney right from the start. He was ready to take on the big corporation that we were forced to sue to back what we had lost.

REVIEW

I hired this attorney for a federal lawsuit that I was filing against the State of California and a number of other defendants. He started out well, took a SUBSTANTIAL retainer and then DISAPPEARED!!! Come to find out that in another case before a Judge in the U.S. District Court, Eastern Division, F...resno, he was reprimanded, sanctioned and reported to the State Bar for disciplinary actions BY THE JUDGE!!!! The record shows that the Judge would be moving to completely bar this attorney from appearing in that Court again on any additional matters. He "abandoned" his client's case in that case and in my case. He failed to file responses to any of the motions, did not file motions in limine and in the case of his other client failed to (after repeated requests by the judge in that case) to file a witness list with the Court, thereby jeopardizing his clients case altogether.
