Supportive and Professional Team

Susan Bluer and the firm were recommended by a friend who hired them in the past. Susan’s team immediately set up a call within an hour of receiving a chat inquiry. The process from day one was smooth and I appreciated having Susan as an advocate for my case.

Incredible employee advocate and amazing human!

Susan is an unparalleled employee advocate. Beyond her extraordinary legal prowess, she is incredibly responsive, honest to a fault and does so with tremendous integrity. I would recommend her to anyone who has experienced discrimination or mistreatment in the workplace. She will have your back and w...ill do so with grace and kindness.

Great lawyer!

Susan was sharp, extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and provided highly efficient and effective counsel. Truly appreciated having Susan’s support in resolving my matters favorably! Highly recommend for employment matters from joining to separation.

Highly recommended

I found Susan through the San Francisco Bar Association’s referral program to protect my rights against a wrongful termination of my employment. Words cannot describe how appreciative I am to get a consultation from her. If anyone needed a legal counsel on an employment case, I would STRONGLY recomme...nd Susan without hesitation for the following reasons. Most of all, Susan is a compassionate listener and an excellent attorney who truly understands your goals and goes above and beyond for you. She genuinely empathized with my feelings and carefully listened to my story and concerns. As a result, she was able to negotiate for a creative and unique severance package that suit my situation better within less than a week! Secondly, Susan is considerate of your time and responds to you and your opposing lawyer’s requests/inquiries in such a timely manner. On average, she replied within 30 minutes (mostly less than 5 minutes!!). Whenever I had a question about my case, she always made time to talk to me (even when she was out of town). Last but not least, anyone seeking for a legal counsel may be worried about $$ charged by his/her lawyer. Susan, however, was always upfront and honest about the fees. I appreciate her honesty and professionalism. — Thank you so much for your help Susan! I am truly grateful to know you and I hope other people like me could get help from you too! :)

You won't do better!

After finding myself in a nearly untenable employment situation, I contacted Atty. Bluer on short notice and she stepped in and got the job done, lightning speed. At a most stressful time, Susan helped me navigate the waters providing counsel, information and advice to land a most favorable settlemen...t for her client (me.) I put myself fully in her hands and she took the lead. Ms. Bluer not only knows her area of expertise inside and out, she suffers no fools and has a finely hones bullsh*t detector. Susan will get the job done so you can sleep at night, again. Thank you, Susan, for your hard work and dedication to your clients.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
