George Steve Karas

George Karas is a successful private investor for over 25 years.  He does not represent any outside clients.  He focuses on investing in prime commercial and residential real estate specializing in retail, mixed use and parking properties.  George has overseen transactions including the sale of busiensses to public companies trading on the NYSE and REIT's in real estate transactions in the tens of millions of dollars.  He invests in existing landmark type businesses and brings in management and capital to expand these investments and assure there continued success.  Over the years his investments and companies have employed thousands of individuals and his various investments continue to become an important part of the community.  This includes creating jobs and paying millions of dollars in annual taxes.  George will work with outside counsel and works with experts in real estate, business transactions and tax law.  His company continues to make solid investments in real estate and small to mid-size businesses.  Mr. Karas is based in San Francisco, CA and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1987.
