Biography
Ms. Leiva specializes in representing families in their immigration process. As the daughter of immigrants herself, Ms. Leiva has personal experience dealing with the bureaucracy of the agencies involved in the immigration process both here and abroad.
Our offices represent clients in family-based petitions, including consular processing and waivers, obtaining legal permanent residency through marriage to US citizen, Fiancé Visas, Fraud Interviews, Provisional Waivers, U-Visas for victims of crime, and assisting clients in applying for naturalization.
We have extensive experience in representing LGBT clients in all immigration filings and representing couples in Second Fraud Interviews before USCIS.
