I would like to share and report my Lawyer MR. Mojeeb R. Weiss WEISS LAW, PC 795 Folsom Street, 1st Floor San Francisco, CA 94107 Tel: (415) 329-4940, Please be very aware of this lawyer and do not give him a case or money. I bought a townhouses in 2007/2008, from an agent Al Sarieh my unit 106 was ...foreclosure after coble of weeks Deutsche Bank they were planning to do foreclosure on unit 107, they foreclosure on my unit 106 by mistake, when I bought the unit 106 I put a large down payment and a loan through Union Bank, when I checked with my agent Mr. Al Sarieh he told me no one could return the house for me other than a Real Estate lawyer! Then Mr. Sarieh recommended Mr. Weiss from San Francisco to handle my case against the bank, so I went with Mr. Sarieh to meet with Mr. Weiss from WEISS LAW, PC 101 California Street, Ste. 2450 San Francisco, CA 94111. Immediately MR. Mojeeb R. Weiss, WEISS LAW was very excited about taking my case and said to me it will be very easy case since the purchase was done all the proper and legal way, he promised should be able to get a title back to my name quickly since this unit was purchase the proper way in every step of the way. I was asked to provide a $5,000.00 check, which he promised all cost will be compensated and the bank must pay damages to me. Months go by and then years goes and every time we call MR. Mojeeb R. Weiss WEISS LAW asking about the update and on several occasion through my phone conversation with him and an e-mail asking him for an itemize statement and how much work has he done, it was no luck and never he provided us with an itemize statement for the money we put down, on few occasions he was not available due to him being out of the county left us wondering if we ever going to get a real update or have the case solved. After 4 years, June 2011 I have to go through trail, I was very happy we are finally getting somewhere an again MR. Mojeeb R. Weiss WEISS LAW promised it is going to be easy and he hire an expert to help the case. Mr. Weiss was unprepared and still not work on our cost and expenses if any? Since he promised we will get the $5.000.00 + paying for any other legal fees or experts, not only Mr. Weiss was unprepared but also he was late coming and not professionally sitting in front of the Judge swiveling his chair around which to me was disrespectful to the Judge and to the court. Anytime the Judge asked MR. Weiss for any documentation or status to any discussion he was unprepared and not ready to provide on the top of all he does not authentic any document or argument to the court, for that at the end the Judge ordered the bank to record the title of the property to my wife and I, and no cost cover my wife and I, so I was left with not only the $5,000.00 dollars he promise to get me back but also with all the court cost and fees, plus the times and cost associated with me trying to travel to see him or call him and now I am being chased and asked to pay off the experts he hire but never paid, I end up over $20,000.00 of losses, so I do not recommend Mr. Weiss to any one even my enemy, he will definite will lose any case he handle.
