Biography
Stephen was born and raised in Marin County. Since 2011, he has resided in Napa County. In a previous life (before law school), Stephen was a professional cyclist. He raced in Europe for the United States National Team in 2001, domestically with the Mercury cycling team (then the number one ranked team in the United States) in 2002, and on the collegiate cycling circuit with UCLA. Stephen remains an avid cyclist.
Stephen is married to Alyssa. Together they have three wonderful children, Bradley (6), Jayden (4), and Kayla (2). When not practicing law, spending time with the kids or riding his bike, Stephen plays the “gentleman rancher” – building mountain bike trails, sawing trees, chopping wood, removing brush and weed whacking on his property in Napa, California.
