Biography
My 25+ years in the courtroom means I know how to fight hard and fight smart, no matter how long it takes, to vigorously defend my clients.
I represent people at all stages of criminal proceedings. This includes pre-charging investigation, all aspects of active criminal cases, trials, and expungement of criminal records. For DUI cases, this also includes representation and defense at DMV hearings. My practice covers multiple Bay Area counties, and those throughout the state of California, with a primary focus on state misdemeanor and felony offenses. In addition to California, I have represented clients in select out-of-state cases, including Arizona and Nevada, in state and federal court.
My clients know that I am tough, dedicated and experienced and will personally help them through every stage of their case. As a former Assistant District Attorney, I understand how the criminal justice system works and how to get my clients the best possible results.
