I would recommend Scott Miller as an attorney without any hesitation. Scott agreed to help my family after we had been failed by a number of other attorneys. Our situation was complex with multiple properties and many parties involved as co-owners who had different goals and perspectives from ours. ... No one had been able to move forward on what to do. These individuals were also not particularly easy to deal with. Scott handled every aspect the unique issues of each property with efficiency, great competence, and terrific advice. He really supported me as a trustee and as a person during the process, resulting in a very clean, definitive and positive outcome for all. He is respectful of time and money and is incredibly clear with his reasoning, advice and explanations. He is quickly if not immediately responsive and is sure to involve the client in every step by finding out what the client's perspective is. While he will go with what I wanted, his viewpoint, gently and mindfully delivered, often changed my mind. Yet, while flexible with me, he was uncompromising in defending my interests against others and was a great negotiator I have turned to him often for advice over the last decade because I really trust him. If he is not the right one for the situation, he will recommend someone who is. I have also asked him for references in areas outside of his area of practice, and have not been disappointed. If I sound too enthusiastic, it is because I feel that he really saved me when other professionals simply did not have the expertise, the determination and the capacity for work necessary to deal with the situations I had inherited.
