Lowered exposure
Hiep took over as the handling attorney for a file I was overseeing. Prior to him taking over, the exposure was into the life pension. Through discovery, medical legals, and depositions he was able to get exposure down in the $100k-200k range.

Works hard for good outcomes
He was able to obtain a victory in the workers' compensation case that is very hard to come by, a determination that an injured worker is a vexatious litigant. I was very happy with the outcome
