I have over 20 years experience as an attorney in California.  I have practiced in courts both throughout the State.  I have done over 60 jury trials and most of them have been criminal jury trials.  I  have practiced both Criminal and Civil Law in both State and Federal Courts. Most of my experence is in criminal law with a focus and expertise in DUI Defense.  I have also  practiced civil law includingPersonal Injury, Real Property and Family Law and Debit Defense.  All of the Personal Injury lawsuits have resulted in settlements for my clients. Many of the landlord tenant cases have later turned into Wrongful Eviction cases, although I have represented some landlords. Family Law cases involved custody of children and divisions of property.  It is important not to litagate over a family's assets because the children should come first so I try to reach an agreement with the spouse. Debt Defense means going to court and attempting to beat the bank by demanding production of Discovery.  For example, demanding the original contract for a credit card.  Often plaintiff's cannot produce the contract which allows for possible dismissal of the entire case and debt.
